Several years ago, Slayaway Camp: Butcher’s Cut released. It was glorious. You slid around a map killing people, but you have to do it in the right order, or you failed. It was hard, but had serious charm. I mention it because Super Glow Puzzle is the same basic game play. You slide circles around an area to their goals. You have to slide in the right order, or you will fail.

Super Glow Puzzle

Super Glow Puzzle has no real charm. Its just blue circles and red blocks. There are ninety-six puzzles though, and they do get a lot harder later on. In a lot of ways, this game is reminiscent of the Cubic games. I’m just wondering why you would play this, when you could play Slayaway Camp? I guess if you don’t like the gory theme of Slayaway Camp, but like the game play style, you can’t go wrong with this. Being less than half the price doesn’t hurt either. Your choice really.

Overall: Super Glow Puzzle is perfectly fine for what it is, there are just far better options for the game play style on the Switch.

Verdict: Recommended*
