Lofi Chill Sessions: Relax Island Switch Review

Lofi Chill Sessions: Relax Island

Lofi Chill Sessions: Relax Island is a lofi chill session. You know, the YouTube phenomenon that has been streaming non-stop for 2 years. This is your virtual version of that. With you, a pretty anime girl… and not much else. Observe:

You set the scene for Lofi Chill Sessions, and listen to surprising number of lofi tracks. I show in the video the store, where you spend money you get by doing tasks(which don’t seem to exist) or listening to music. You get a pet, some decor, and even some different anime girls to see. They can be writing, typing or relaxing. The blurb doesn’t hide this:

Welcome to Lofi Chill Sessions: Relax Island, your serene retreat where relaxation meets productivity. Set against a soothing lofi soundtrack, this gamified focus tool is designed to help you unwind, enhance concentration, and manage your real-life tasks effortlessly.

The blurb then, in usual fashion, attempts to make things like picking a pet that doesn’t do anything, sound way cooler than it actually is:

Explore the tranquil world of Relax Island and discover charming Pets hat add a touch of magic and serenity to your virtual environment.

Note you cannot explore Relax Island in Lofi Chill Sessions, you cannot even leave your room. You just sit there, listening, earning money to decorate your pretty prison.

The question is, of course, should you pay money for this when the version on Youtube is a grand total of free? The answer is no. No, you shouldn’t. I understand what the developers were trying to do here, but it just doesn’t work, mainly because the track set will repeat more often and there is no real game. Lofi Chill Sessions gets a Not Recommended verdict with a five-back end score. It doesn’t hide what it is, and its not broken, just absolutely no reason to buy this at all. Besides, did the developers even license the tracks? The world may never know.

Overall: Lofi Chill Sessions: Relax Island is Lofi beats to lose your money to. Totally pointless and a complete and utter waste of money!

Verdict: Not Recommended
