Isolated is a game by Game Nacional, and its pretty good(like Seraph’s Last Stand). It not a deep survival experience, but it works for what it is, a time waster. So you’re this bearded old man on a deserted island. You have a fishing pole, a palm tree, a fire and a tent, The tent is where you rest and speed up time. The pole is where you fish, press the button when the hook is over the fish on the scale. The palm drops coconuts, but take time to replenish. The fire is where you cook fish. Press A when the fish turns brown. If it turns black, you get to try again. You have three meters, sleep(replenished by the tent), food(replenished by eating, and health.
There are hazards though in Isolated. A shark that will swim by and jump over the island and kill you dead unless you’re in the tent. A seagull that will zoom by. Meteors will drop at night, but are telegraphed by a hazard sign. A giant clam will show up and swallow the island unless you destroy the pearl. A kracken will also show up after long enough. Survival is a matter of balancing your meters where taking evasive action from the hazards. And that’s Isolated in a coconut shell.
Isolated is going to be a divisive game. I enjoyed it for what it is, but other are going to find it shallow and boring. I know this. But I’ll recommend it anyway with a seven back-end score. If you go in knowing what you’re getting, especially when its on sale, you might have some fun with Isolated.
Overall: Isolated is a simplistic survival game that works as a time waster, especially on sale.

I just got this game, and I’m trying desperately to play it and keep dying of hunger no matter how many fish I cook or coconuts I eat. Do you have any tips? I really want to enjoy this game it just feels like I can’t get started
