Hentai Girls has the world name imaginable, a cross between Hentai Girls and Pretty Girls Panic. Like most hentai games nowadays, there are no titties. Which is disappointing. Still, there are some definite pluses to the game, including the soundtrack. The soundtrack was chip-tune and awesome! The Qix-clone game play had some cool things. Like at the beginning there is a rotating box, press A and it’ll reveal a small part of the play field. You cordon via holding down the A button. Release the A button you’ll retract backwards, which can be helpful avoiding enemies. Other than those two things, the game play is pretty standard in Hentai Girls Panic, with some shades of Mokoko X(big boss enemy mainly).

There are six lovely ladies in Hentai Girls Panic, with three difficulties each. Each difficulty level has more levels than the last. What is really nice, is the art work is custom and does not appear to be AI, the addition of the soundtrack means work went into this. I was afraid this was AI generated, but it isn’t, so that is a plus to the game. Still, as I’ve said before, there are a ton of Qix clones on the switch and its hard to pick which one to play. Honestly, I’d go with Mokoko X, followed by Beauties Unveiled(and the sequel). If you’ve played those titles, then you are free to play this. So, I will give Hentai Girls Panic a YMMV(your mileage may vary) with a seven back end score.
Overall: Hentai Girls Panic is a fine Qix clone, but there are legion on the Switch and this doesn’t stand out.
Verdict: YMMV

At some point I hope there are some games made that aren’t just Qix clones.

I used to play Qix for hours on my original GameBoy. I strangely miss it, but I don’t think I’d want to play anything other than the OG.
