Hex Park is one of those games I really have nothing to say about it. It’s not that it is bad, it is fine, but really quite forgettable. Its a puzzle game where your goal is to move hexes off the board within a set number of moves. Each hex has an arrow which is direction it will move. So course, completing each level is easier said than done. There are twists, like a piece switcher, or a stopper piece, or saw that destroys hexes. There are three tools to help you, a hammer(that destroys a hex), TNT(which destroys a group of hexes), and a drill(which destroys an empty space). But honestly, I never found Hex Park particularly difficult. It is just what it is.

What I can talk about are the Two DLCs included in Hex Park, Master and Ultra. Master gives you 150 extra levels. Ultra gives you 75. They are $1.99 each. Why they aren’t included in the main game I have no idea. Just include them and bump the price up to $10 and I don’t think anyone would care. I’m always weary of day 1 DLC and this is no different. The added levels I’m sure are nice to have for fans of this game, which are casual puzzle fans. I honestly couldn’t care less.

Hex Park is an inoffensive and fine puzzle game. I was ambivalent but this just might be your thing, you might even end up buying the DLC. So, this gets a Your Mileage May Vary verdict, with a seven score. Nothing else to say.
Overall: Hex Park is a fine casual puzzle game that will have its fans, I was just extremely unimpressed.
