Supermarket Manager Empire 2024 Switch Review

Supermarket Manager Empire 2024

Supermarket Manager Empire 2024 is pure unadulterated crap. It barely qualifies as a game. Its just a series of boring repetitive tasks masquerading as fun. You open the store and order shelves. You set up the shelves and order items. The items will arrive and then you stock the shelves. Be sure to throw the empty box in the dumpster outside. You check the customers out the register and repeat, slowly growing your supermarket from a corner store into a huge supermarket. The most noticeable thing is a bug that when you use the computer, the map flips upside down and you have to look up to fix it. But this is not the most interesting part of this atrocious game. It is that within days of release, two other versions of this atrocious game, called Supermarket Simulator, came out.

Quality!

Supermarket Manager Empire 2024 is an asset flip. How do I know? Behold Supermarket 3D Tycoon Business Simulator and Supermarket Simulator Pro. They changed the colors around and made some UI changes, but they are all the same game, released basically in the same weekend. But there are even more versions of this game, I count ten, all released in last four months. And you wonder why the eShop is total garbage. Nintendo needs to clamp down, but they won’t, because they don’t care. Don’t buy this or really any version of Supermarket Simulator, they are just cheap cash grabs and not worth your time. This gets a Garbage with a one back-end score.

Overall: Supermarket Manager Empire 2024 is one of ten different versions of a game called Supermarket Simulator on the eShop. Guess what verdict it got!

Verdict: Garbage

Nintendo doesn’t clamp down on the eShop this generation because they were accused of being too restrictive in prior generations. So now they are going full-tilt the other way this generation and also because money…if you buy something they make regardless of whether the games are good or not.
