Pretty Girls Pop Match
I own this. Bite me!

I’ve been pretty kind to the Pretty Girls series. Unlike other reviewers, I know who they target and they do that pretty well. They target people like me. As you can see above, I own physical Pretty Girls Game Collections, which bring the nudity. So consider me a fan. However, with their latest, Pretty Girls Pop Match, the kindness ends. While it seems like an evolution in game play, its a devolution in the reason you play this game: the anime boobs. I mean there are anime boobs, just four pairs and not a bikini to be found anywhere. It seems like a petty thing to complain about, but again, you play Pretty Girls games for the boobs.

The game play in Pretty Girls Pop Match is pure match 3 in the Candy Crush vein. Every level, you have missions to complete, with a limited number of moves. If you have remaining moves at the end, several bombs will then appear and explode. There are 3 big busty companions who can join you, who augment a particular power-up and make it more powerful. Either the Rocket, Sword or Spell Wand. You also get gems at the end, which are used to power-up the power-ups. There are 100 levels in total in Pretty Girls Pop Match, which is gigantic for one of these games. But for some reason, I found myself getting bored quick. Maybe it is because I’ve seen most of this before.

The Diorama exists, but is limited and the girls don’t have extra costumes.

I could be kinder to Pretty Girls Pop Match, but the entire series exists to look at anime titties and they just aren’t bringing it this time. They even covered up the characters on the title card, so I suspect they’re pulling back at a little. Heck, I’m not even the only one who noticed this. They did beef up the game play but games like Sugar Sweet Candy do the Candy Crush thing better than this does. It is for these reason I am giving this a Not Recommended with a five back end score. I play this game for one reason, and if they don’t provide it, I’m not happy. Simple as that.

Overall: You play Pretty Girls Games for the boobs. Pretty Girls Pop Match doesn’t have many boobs and I’m not happy!

Verdict: Not Recommended
